FAQ:

What is an amber pendant?
Amber is fossilised tree resin, prized in jewellery for its warm, honey-toned colour and natural internal texture — no two pieces of amber look exactly the same.

Is this amber pendant genuine sterling silver?
Yes — the freeform setting and chain are both crafted from solid 925 sterling silver.

Will you restock this exact amber pendant?
No. This is a genuine one of a kind piece — once it's sold, this specific stone and setting won't be available again.

Is amber a good gift?
Amber's warmth and natural, organic character make it a distinctive gift for someone who wants a piece with real individuality rather than a mass-produced stone.

Care of your Silver Jewellery

Despite what you may think, sterling silver like all precious metals, will tarnish with time and wear. To take care of your sterling silver jewellery, polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish (we supply one of these with each order) and do not use a silver dip. This can damage your silver but also any stones in the setting.

If you store your silver away, we recommend an air tight bag. This prevents air getting to the jewellery and it will help to keep it looking perfect!

Store in a cool, dry place.

For some faceted stones (please take care as some are porous) a tiny amount of washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush can help to remove any dirt from the back of the setting but it is always essential to check whether the stone setting can manage getting wet.

Avoid contact with chemicals, deodorants, hairspray and perfume.

To maintain your jewellery, we recommend removing when swimming, bathing, showering or undertaken any cleaning. Products can do damage so it's always best to keep them protected and simply take them off.
