Collection: Amethyst Jewellery

The birthstone for February, the amethyst has long since been a favourite with jewellery lovers.

The name amethyst, comes from the Greek word 'amethystos' which translates to 'not intoxicated'. People once believed the stone would stop the person wearing it getting drunk!

Originally reserved for royalty, up until the 19th century, fine amethyst was considered rare like rubies, emeralds and sapphires.
The amethyst represents calm, peace, clarity and spiritual balance.

Ring Sizing

We understand that sometimes it's heard to work out what ring size you need. Given that our vintage and classical jewellery is often limited to one piece, we do recommend you measure your finger if possible. If you do not have a ring sizer - not problem. We sell them in our store. Our ring sizers are fully patented and offer the most accurate sizing measurement.
